Lettre Suivie Integration Requirements

Connection Requirements:

  • An active account with Lettre Suivie.

  • Your Lettre Suivie Customer Account Number, Contract Number, and Contract Version Number.

Connect a Lettre Suivie Account to ShipStation

To connect your Lettre Suivie account to ShipStation:

  1. Select the Lettre Suivie tile in the Connection pop-up and click Connect.

  2. Enter your Lettre Suivie Customer Account Numberand Contract Number.

    The Contract Version Number is filled in by default. You don't need to insert it.

Available Features for Lettre Suivie Integration

The ShipStation integration with Lettre Suivie supports the following standard features and services:

Additional carrier insurance can be purchased through ShipStation.

Shipping labels created for this carrier will include a tracking number that can be used to view the shipment status on the carrier's tracking website. Tracking may not be available for all shipping services.

When tracking is available, ShipStation will automatically track the shipment status and update the tracking status on the Shipments tab. This feature allows for other advanced ShipStation features like delayed notifications and the Branded Tracking Page.

ShipStation can perform an End of Day process for the carrier and submits the shipment information electronically. The End of Day process can be mandatory or optional, based on the carrier and your account with them. A printable file may or may not be available, see the End of Day (PDF).

Additional Details About the Lettre Suivie Integration

  • Maximum package dimensions: The maximum weight for Lettre Suivie shipments is 3 kg. The maximum package height is 3 cm and the sum of all the dimensions (length, width, and height) must be less than 90 cm.

  • Surcharges, including fees for fuel, insurance, and home delivery, are not included in rate quotes.

  • You cannot currently mark shipments as Shipped with Lettre Suivie. If you ship orders outside of ShipStation with Lettre Suivie, choose Other as the service when marking as shipped.

  • The ShipStation integration with Lettre Suivie does not support third-party billing or the shipping of dangerous goods.
