Currently, ShipStation cannot send live rates to show your customers at checkout.
However, we are working with many selling channel partners to offer this feature in the future. Please check back for updates on this topic!
For now, many selling channels provide access to plug-ins that will provide live rates from your postal account to your customers during the checkout process. You will need to contact your selling channel for details.
