Additional Details About the Deutsche Post Cross Border Integration

  • You can void labels in ShipStation to move a shipment back to Awaiting Shipment and create a new label. However, this does not void the label with the carrier. You will not be invoiced for unused labels, so the carrier does not require you to void labels you will not use.

  • ShipStation's auto-tracking feature works only with services that support tracking - Packet Tracked and Packet Plus. Priority and Standard services do not support tracking.

  • ShipStation prints Label Message 1 in the custRef field for Deutsche Post labels. Label Messages 2 and 3 are not supported for Deutsche Post labels.

  • The Deutsche Post services available in ShipStation are not eligible for carrier insurance.

  • ShipStation's integration with Deutsche Post Cross Border does not support third-party billing.
