How can I control the label position for integrated labels?

Integrated labels are labels that print with the packing slip on the same sheet. If you are using Integrated labels with the 8.5" x 11" label w/ packing slip format (pictured below), ShipStation prints the label on the top portion of the page.

Label Printing Setup, Shipping Label Formats. 8.5 by 11 selected. Preview shows labels in landscape layout.

However, if you are shipping multiple packages for a single order (called a Multi-package shipment), all of the labels associated with the order will print first.

This can cause the packing slip to be pushed down to the last page, and not print in the integrated way you intend.

However, you can send a request to our support team to set your account so the label always prints at the top of the page.

Once we enable the labeltop feature for you, ShipStation will always print your label on the top portion of the page and the packing slip on the bottom. This will result in the final label printed on the same sheet as the packing slip for that order.

Please contact ShipStation Support if you'd like this option enabled on your account.
