An active account with Linnwork (only available for the web-based version of Linnworks).

Order Import Requirements:

Include a Ship To address.
To connect your Linnworks store to ShipStation:

Log into your Linnworks account.

Click Shipping, then select ShipStation.

Click the Add New button.

Enter a ShipStation Integration Name.

Select a folder for ShipStation to export orders from.
If not specified, ShipStation will pick up all orders except the ones assigned to fulfilment centres.

Select a tag that will appear next to the order when exported to ShipStation.

Select a ShipStation Default Service that will be assigned to Linnworks orders when passing to ShipStation.

Select Linnworks Default Service that will be assigned in case the service used to process the order is not mapped with any Linnworks shipping services.

Click Create to generate your URL to Custom XML Page.

Select the Linnworks tile.

Enter your Linnworks Username and Password, as well as the URL to Custom XML Page.
After you've completed the connection steps, the store's Settings page will open. You can adjust your store-specific settings like branding and customer notifications, if you wish. Or click Save to close.

ShipStation cannot properly update Linnworks when an order is split through ShipStation. Any orders that need to be split should be split on Linnworks.
